  • When my wife and I were newly married, she had a 'pre-cancer' scare - apparently, some cells were just 'off' enough during a yearly checkup that it could have gone either way. Fortunately, those cells decided to behave and not turn into cancer.

  • I would suggest a few changes: 1) Only LICENSED dealers should be permitted to sign up for booths at gun shows. That way, EVERY seller there MUST comply wth ATF background check laws.

  • Jeepers - some of the factors that would meet the legal benchmark for 1st Degree Murder include poisoning (which drugs do), murder of police/LE officers and/or witnesses, killing for pay or reward, a conscious decidion to disregard the fact that a death may result, etc.
